Lindsey Jinright
Associate Attorney

Lindsey Jinright is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Laura Franco, PLLC. Her passion for family law comes from her own experiences growing up in a blended family, and she credits the legal system for the important role it has played in connecting the branches of her family tree. Lindsey’s goal is to make her clients feel heard, secure, and supported as she helps them navigate the legal system. She especially enjoys developing creative solutions that are tailored to each family through collaborative processes, such as mediation.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Auburn University (War Eagle!) and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Throughout law school, Lindsey worked on staff at her local legal aid as an Intake Specialist and volunteered with the organization’s Family Forms Clinic. These experiences shaped her approach to advocacy by highlighting the importance of compassion and adaptability as key components in effective representation.

Jazmine Spencer
Associate Attorney

Jazmine J. Spencer is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Laura Franco, PLLC. Jazmine was born in Memphis, Tennessee and raised in Louisiana. She currently provides legal representation to our clients in litigation related to family law matters. As a former foster child, Jazmine understands family crisis and how family litigation can affect the emotional and physical development of a child. She is committed to providing quality representation for clients seeking a fair and equitable divorce while also helping those parties with children craft a court order that is fair, child-centered, workable and handcrafted to last from the age of the child at the time of the commencement of the litigation until the child reaches18 years of age. Jazmine believes that in-depth discussions of the needs of the child, the willingness of each parent to cooperate with the other, as well as the availability of resources to address issues that might arise with a coparenting relationship are the cornerstone to developing a good court order that is in the best interest of the child. Jazmine is a gifted empath that works to ensure the client understands the legal process and how their rights and duties are affected under the law. Jazmine has participated and negotiated the settlement of over 150 mediations. She is also skilled at crafting informal settlement agreements between the parties without the need for court intervention prior to a hearing or trial.

Jazmine’s professional experience includes work in family law, criminal defense, business law, and corporate transactions.

Jazmine graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Lafayette, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Child and Family Studies. While an undergraduate, she was a board member of the NAACP where she served as chair for juvenile justice, member of College Democrats, member of Criminal Justice Society, member of the University Program Council, member of Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, member of Black Women’s Leadership Association, and a member of AmeriCorps where she completed and received the Medal of Service for completing a total of 460 community service hours. 

She later earned a law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. While in law school, Jazmine received recognition for her certificate of completion of NITA training on advanced negotiation, mediation, and alternate dispute resolution and was named on the dean’s list. Jazmine Spencer is licensed to practice in Texas.
